Roof Replacement In North Miami Beach, Florida

When I had to replace the roof of one my apartment buildings I did a lot of research. I talked to about 10 companies, some from referrals, some from Facebook, some from Google. After doing a lengthy due diligence Honest Abe seam like the best choice; their prices were not the cheapest but they were competitive. To be honest some companies offered me a better price but ALL of them had a red flag. Bad reviews, no physical location, shady sales people, you name it...I saw it all. So, I decided that Honest Abe checked all the boxes but I still wanted to make sure. So, I went for a surprise inspection of the office and guess what...their people were super professional, they showed me their whole operation from the guy processing the permits who was berried in folders (each folder is one roof) to their warehouse, and some of their trucks. Most trucks were out on jobs but they ones there were legit. All wrapped with their logo, and packed with roofing equipment to the teeth. What you would expect from a roofing company. So, I gave them the job. BEST DECITION EVER...they did an amazing job and my roof (an almost $100,000 state of the art metal roof) looks amazing. I like their work so much that I am going to use them next year in one of my smaller buildings that is in need of a roof too. I decided to write this long review because most people dont have the time to do as much research as me (for me this is my job) and choosing a roofing company can be a very stressful decision. Five starts for this guys. Oh....cannot end this without giving credit to the guys on the job I think that Mario was the Op-manager and Juan was the site manager...great guys, they explained everything in such detail that there was no doubt in my mind that they were the right people for the job!!!

If you’re looking for a roofing company I totally recommend Honest Abe. I’ve used other companies before and this one has been the best by far. David was so helpful and clear as to what I should expect. David is really knowledgeable and will help you choose the best fit for you. Out of all roofers I have dealt with, David has been the only one who didn’t charge extra for the amount of wood that was changed. They changed all bad wood and fascia and did not itemize anything as promised. I own different properties and have used other roofers that always charged more after the project was done due to amount of wood changed and other excuses. Honest Abe were the only ones that delivered all as promised and price never changed even though they had to replace a lot of wood. Make sure you ask for David when you book!
